• Your user account will remain active until all enrollments are completed. To allow you the ability to re-enroll in the same course(s) each renewal period, you will be required to recreate a user account within each renewal period.

• Certificates of completion are emailed to you within 1 business day of completing a course.

• A full refund or course exchange may be requested within 30 days of enrollment, provided that the final exam has not been attempted.
